Post your latest logfile into the LINK above .........

I don't know what more I can tell you ............if you find all the identified items as being ok ...as you see it .......Is it possible your machine has a lot of dust in it or the volume of files and or the apps installed are SLOWING things down?

I am thinking this is a driver issue of some type or some type of hook.  Systems feels like it simply will not go faster.  Normally I would blame this on power management or something but it is not the case.  I have also replaced the CPU and MotherboardThis is from your previous thread and sysinfo.

Machine is running extremely slow.  I have run multiple Diagnostics on it and the CPU is running at about 10% of what it should be in Windows.

Total Physical Memory      512.00 MB
Available Physical Memory      65.10 MB

What does the bottom of your Task Manager say for CPU Usage & Memory Usage? my harddrive was going crazy thats what I would have thought but I actually ADDED another gig of ram with no change in speed.  When I run a CPU Diagnostic with no other apps running it says my CPU is running extremely slow for its SPECS and memory speed is slowWhen I am running nothing(except a few resident apps like virus scanner, etc) and I open task manager.  I am at 100% CPU resouces.  When I sort it by CPU% Taskman is on the top with like 65% of the CPUI ran ProcExplorer from System Internals which shows hidden processes and same thing Quote

Taskman is on the top with like 65% of the CPU

Why don't you turn Taskman off  Is it a legit Taskman?

Name:  Taskman
Aliases:  Trojan.PSW.Taskman, Task Manager, Tasm, Backdoor.Tasmer,
Ports:  64101 ??
Files:  tskmngr.exe -
Created:  N/A
Requires:  N/A
Actions:  Remote Access
Versions:  N/A
Registers:  HLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\
Notes:  Works on Windows.
Country:  N/A
Program:  N/A

Any malware can be named anything - so you should check where the files of the running processes are located on your disk. If a "non-Microsoft" .exe file is located in the C:\Windows or C:\Windows\System32 folder, then there is a high RISK for a virus, spyware, trojan or worm infection! Quote

Its only running when I run it.  I don't have it running all the time
