Okay, so I decided to get some games on my computer knowing that all of these games are within the computer requirements. But none  of these (WAR Thunder, Kerbal Space Program, Unturned) work. But Cd games like Age of empires II and Civ 3,4 all work, so does Visual C++ 10, Notepad++, Defcon, Firefox. I have come to the conclusion that the computer itself has a problem.

I have recently got a massive update from sp1 to sp3. Also java was recently installed. I have direct x 9c, not the best but okay graphics and audio cards. And I have know idea why this is not working. Any other information need, I will TRY to provide.How exactly did you "get" these games on the PC ? ?
Most programs need installed...they cannot simply be copied and expect to RUN...
This by design.I download their INSTALLERS and none of the installers reported any problems.

No, I told you how i got those programs on the computer like you asked.whether the .EXE crashes or get you any error message while installing?
