Any Help guys ?The next time it does that, try ctrl, alt, delete at the same time to get the task manager. Click on applications and check to see if any applications has stopped running. If any has stopped, click end task at the BOTTOM. At least you won't have to reboot. Also while in task manager, check performance to see if anything is running at 100%.Quote

Firefox ver.5.0
There is not such version.I m sorry but that firefox version is 2.0.0.14 and i tried that ctrl + alt + del. but unfortunately when those application hang. its not shows me into the application tab. and i m not able to open that window mediaplayer or any-webpages into the computer, like internet page says CONNECTING but never open any page and mediaplayer open but its keep serarching not allow me to select anything... when i tried to ping any site through command prompt nothing its freeze too.

i checked services into management utilities i saw that windows-mediaplayer telling me SHARING (not stop not start) so is there any other way i can restart those service into registry or somewhere when its hang. ? for avoiding rebooting my computer. If you've been fooling around with disabling services and/or making registry changes without proper backups i'm AFRAID you may be looking at a re-install of Windows...System restore might help bring you back to a better time or as Patio said re-format.
