Answer» When I run a program, say WINRAR, and I close it, it STAYS in the task manager indefintely and takes 100% CPU. When I opened 10 archives and CLOSED them, 10 PROCESSES for winrar.exe stayed in the task manager and did not end. This happens for other programs too. What is wrong? shadcrkd.......
