and do you have a windows disk (if one did come with your computer??)Is there an OS installed on your hard drive? Can you boot from USB or DVD? Check all your connections.Did you recently make any CHANGES to your computer's hardware or software?
Did you make any changes in BIOS?
Does the hard drive show up in BIOS?I do not have a windows disk.....I don't know wat you mean by booting from usb or disk..please explain...I didn't change anything recently on my computer...and when that menu comes up in the bios yes there is a harddrive anything I could try, please explain to me...very thankful for any help...Make SURE you have or make immediate backup of your files prior to the suggestion being given by members or EXPERTS in this forum. If you cannot access files or windows, connect the Hard drive by enclosure or adapter to another working machine. While on BIOS menu, look for Default settings - Save & Exit. If you have external devices attached or CDs, please removed them and reboot.
