You can't send folders over the internet without first putting them into an archive... Have you tried opening the file with various common programs, i.e. Adobe Reader, Word, etc. You are probably opening the file in Notepad, which CAUSES a bunch of gibberish to show up.Yes, but what I want to know is how to be able to read it properly bud? I only get a lot of writing when I open it, what is the correct format to be able to se it properly is what I mean my freind Try opening the file with various common programs-somehow the file lost its file extension before or after your friend MAILED it to you. You should ask your friend with what program he managed to open or create the file with.Yes I have solved this problem guys! As you say, you have to find out which program reads the file properly. I found out that 'word' does read the doc fine. The different choice of opening documents in Windows is great. So if anyone has this problem with this particular format Microsoft Word is the answer guys! MANY thanx again fellas1 |
