Answer» I am using Vista Home...I noticed last week after I had done an automatic update for my comouter that it would NOT complete file downloads from my emails. It freezes @ 99% completed. I just thought it was a "freak" thing & then it happened again & again! I have gone into my problem reports & solutions on my computer & all it says is that I need to uninstall Adobe & then reinstall it. I have done that but NO help. Then I decided to do the BACKUP & restore & it won't take me back far enough to BEFORE this last update.... Is there ANYTHING that I can do to fix this??? PLEASE help me... My emails with attachments are piling up! I am also using Mcafee Antivirus....Did a check & everything is ok. Thanks CarolineAre you using an email client or WEB based email (EG.
