Answer» OK so I used spaccy to find what audio driver i need for my computer but the program said there was no audio device so i used unible driver scanner and it found the proper driver i need. I cant find it on the internet. can i get a little help find the drive 'audio driver PCi/VEN_8086' thanks in advance.........PCi/VEN_8086... is the address of your PCi controller-sound card interface. What is the exact make and MODEL of your sound card? speccy should show it...It's customary when asking for help from someone who cannot see your computer, to tell them all about it in your opening comments. Make, model, OS, AGE, desktop or laptop, etc. If there is really a sound card and not ON-Board sound, it's ALSO good to know if it came with the computer or was an add on, buy the user. If it's either on-board or came with the system, the sound driver will usually be available on the PC manufacturer's web site. Just yesterday, I had to go to the Gateway web site and find the sound driver for a six year old PC. Having the exact model number was all I needed to get what I wanted. Good Luck, The Shadow |
