Answer» I've done one on the antivirus - one FOUND. MalwareBytes? Heard of malware, never heard of it as bytes...how can I do that? Malwarebytes is a program. I imagine it's name is a play on words "malware BITES"Or that malware is MADE up of bytes... I ran the malware - 29 errors which were fixed, mostly worms and adware. What to do now?We seem to be going nowhere here. The solution is simple IMO. Somehow GET Audigy 2 to be successfully installed so that all the bells and whistles that come with the program are working. This did not happen when I uninstalled and reinstalled Audigy 2. Again I ask - is this one of those situations where the hardware needs to be installed AFTER the software installation? I recall in the past (and I go back to the 70s with computers) that this was true for some system, I forget which.I just need a response so I know whether to drop this inquiry or proceed along a different path.There are a lot of different Audigy 2 cards, they vary according to the model. You can refer to this page on the Creative site to determine which one you actually have. |
