Answer» RECENTLY (on many occasions) my pc shut off and a blue background with white words appeared: A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage. It asked to check for DRIVER and BIOS updates. Tech infor: stop 0x0000008e win32k.sys - address bf82735b Need advise on what is wrong. Thanks. P/s, Using XP HOME, sp2.
