Solve : Autocad can't open on windows vista after installation?

Answer»

My system is HP pavilon dv2007 notebook pc with O.S  windows vista service park 1 install on it,RAM 3Gb,1.83GHZ. I just finished INSTALLING autocad 2007 and restartd d system when i clickd to open, it refused to open d autocad i installed on it.What could be the possible cause of this or how can i install the autocad without encountering such problem on vista.
Its urgent COS i wanna work with it.Thank u 4 helping me.If i remember correctly Autocad2007 requires 2 or 3 re-boots in the installation process...and they all show a prompt.
The first time you restarted the opening prompt should have REQUESTED the AC CD...
Is this what happened ? ?I wasn't dat observant to decode if it requestd for such promptings but whenever i click on the desktop autocad icon it opens a page that says.... Autocad application has stopped working and it also said a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. So what do i do to get it corrected? What OS are you running ? ?
I believe it also requires a few Windows components you may not have such as .net framework 2.0.
Have you read the program requirements on the CD case ? Quote from: patio on November 22, 2008, 08:16:31 AM

I'd hate to PASS judgement on cejo... but I have a feeling that the cd case says, CD-R.

I just thought i'd check...
