Solve : Award BIOS Setup Help?

Answer»

I am building a new computer and i need some help setting up the basic BIOS for it (Award btw). I Can get into the BIOS and set everything to what i need it to be. I currently have the CD drive booting then the Hard drive booting that way i can boot from a CD for the first time. However when i insert the CD and TELL the system to continue it Looks at the CD drive and gives me a message that says, "Missing Operating System" (yes the CD is in the drive). This is the frist time i've done this and have tried what little i know and need some help. Thanks in advance for the help.

What disk are you inserting in the CD drive?

is the CD-ROM bootable?

Is the CD drive correctly WIRED up?
