Answer» Can anyone help with this problem please. I bought a new Sony laptop with WINDOWS 7 OS, I transferred my files from my old laptop ( OS XP Pro ) using Windows easy transfer”. I bought an EXTERNAL hard drive in order to back up “files in libraries & personal folders for all users & system image” using “Windows back up & restore”, but each time I back up I get the following MESSAGE : Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\LocalLow. Error:(The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)) Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\Administrator\Contacts. Error:(The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)) Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\Administrator\Searches. Error:(The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)) Does this matter, & if so how can I fix it? I would be very grateful for any advice, Thanks Brian Ditto on my 1st backup (7/8/2010) except backing up to DVD-R at drive D. Any advice on how to prevent recurrances would be appreciated. To BeeJayCee - Go to the following URL which I found and look at "Senario 2" and "Senario 2 Resolution".
