Solve : Back-up software?

Hi,

I am looking for a back-up software.I just ned something I can schedule a TIME like every automatically does the job.
Just something simple, be ABLE to back-up to my SLAVE drive, my other computers on the network and PERHAPS to CD.
Can any one RECOMMAND a program? On my network, I have a mix of Win2K pro, WinXP pro and MacOS X machines.
