Solve : Background of the desktop help!?

1.	Solve : Background of the desktop help!?
Answer» I can't change my background on my desktop, for some REASON. I mean i can change the colors of the desktop but I can't change that actual PICTURE on there. For example I can change it from solid red to solid light BLUE but i can't change it to a built in back ground like FEATHER TEXTURE or blue lace. Why can't I change it and what can i do to be able to change it again? I have a Dell. Microsoft XP. I'm not sure else what to tell about it because i don't know what the ram or anything like that is.
