Answer» I PROMISE I searched for this topic first, but couldn't find ANYTHING. :0)
I TURNED on my laptop a couple of days ago, and while it was booting up (which has been slower since I installed a Verizon internet card), my wallpaper was there. As soon as the icons started coming up, the wallpaper disappeared and the background is white. When I GO to "display" in the control panel everything is "grayed out" and it won't let me choose a background. Any ideas?I googled around for a solution for you, the person that asked the question very similar to yours said that this fixed the problem.
Regards, Sean.
