Your help would be widely appreciated. It's your CHOICE how to do this. If you have a CD burner, this will be much easier. For Outlook, just select File -> Export. Export everything you want. Save the files to a CD. With Itunes, you would just take your songs that you have now, so they stay protected, and then for the ratings, you can Export them too I think. File -> Export Library. Test these suggestions on another computer before we erase anything THOUGH FLAME
