Solve : Backup/Clone?

Hi,

I want to copy my C drive so that if I have problems with the SSD then I can install the copy and boot into Win 7 with all programs etc intact.
Question:-

Can this be done by a backup of C drive or do I need to Clone the C drive ?

DaveI just responded to your question on another forum. Here is the RESPONSE I POSTED there:

You would need an image or clone of the drive. This can be done with products such as Acronis TRUE Image (not FREE) or Macrium Reflect (free).
