Answer» Hello, so about TWO days ago when i woke up and tried to use my computer, all my programs wont run. When i click on things like iTunes, a black box appears and then closes after LESS than a second. I cannot run norton to see if i have a virus. I don't know what to do. also when i restart my computer and log onto my name these black boxes appear for different things and at the end they say system32.desot.exe Boot to safe MODE and run your anti virus scanI tried to run norton under safe mode and it cannot do it.
