Answer» Hi - Can you help PLEASE? I'm getting a BAD_POOL_HEADER error and as a step to recovery am trying to do a System Restore. When I get in there it says System PROTECTION is TURNED off. I wasn't aware it was off but I cannot get it to turn on in normal windows or in Safe mode. I don't get the right option of checking/unchecking the box for the disk only the tabs COMPUTER Name, Hardware, Advanced and Remote. I can't work out how to force it and have tried the F8 reconfigure option without success. Cannot boot up normally in windows as I get the blue screen and it GOES round in a circle. Really stuck - can you help please? Thanks a milliion
