Answer» when i turn on my computer it goes to a black screen with white writing that says, the last time your computer was turned off it was not turned off correctly, etc. it gives me the option of starting in 4 DIFFERENT modes, safe mode, last known safe mode, etc. i have tried all 4 and they all lead me to the same screen. a blue screen with white writing that says - windows has been shut down to protect your computer, to solve this issue run chkdsk/f. well i can't START up my computer to get to the desktop so i don't know how to fix the issue. does anyone have any suggestions? help!! We will need to know more about the computer and when this PROBLEM started. Version of Windows? When did the problem start? What happened around that time? Installed anything new for example? Also please post the stop CODE and any files mentioned on the blue screen. Like shown in the picture below in the last two red boxes.
