Solve : Batch Files and telnet?

Answer»

Don't know if this can be done, but I'm trying to write a batch file that telnets into a device to change some settings. But, everytime the TELNET sessions is ESTABLISHED the batch file stops running.

Is there a way to have the batch file send commands to the telnet session once it is established?http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/windows2000serv/maintain/featusability/wmic.mspxummm....thanks. But I am talking about non-Windows devices such as printers and networked medical equipment that mainly use the ZPL-II programming language.

I read the document, and the info was GOOD and I'll be able to use it ELSEWHERE, but I don't see how that could help with my current problem. You may need a fancier Telnet that has scripts, RATHER than the plain Telnet client that Windows offers.
