Solve : Bednobs and iTunes?

Answer»

My inquiry has to do with iTunes. Not too long ago I performed the update from 10.5.1 to 10.5.2. After the update, everything went to *censored*. I cannot access iTunes 10.5.2 in ANY way without it freezing my computer to the point where I have to force shut it down. I cannot uninstall it, OPEN it or reinstall/install an older version. Revo did nothing to help either because of it attempting to access the built-in installer.

I finally booted up in safe mode and USING Revo to just remove ALL registry entries and folders related to iTunes. My computer has been progressively slower since the whole incident started (even though RAM consumption is no higher than usual and disk SPACE is more than plentiful).

I've contacted Apple several times and they keep on insisting all my problems can be solved with their miracle quick-help. Yea right...

So, in a nutshell I can't even install iTunes again without the whole thing happening all over. I can't do a SYSTEM restore or factory reset either. Reasoning behind this is that I shouldn't even have to! A simple iTunes update did this?! Also, I don't have an external or online service to back it up. I don't want to reset my machine unless ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. Unless it's the ONLY ultimatum.
