If you are competent to assemble a machine, choose MB, CPU, video, audio, network, box, PSU, modem, KB/Moouse, and speakers at discount from the WEB or from a local PC assembler shop. If not, get your tech-head friend to do it with you. Next choice is to have that local shop build you a custom system. Third choice is to buy an Alienware, Mac, or server-grade Dell.
