Solve : Bizarre WinXP Issue with Quickbooks Program? |

Answer» I started up Quickbooks on Friday and ran the update and when I opened the data file, question mark prefixes appeared in front of all of the account names (screenshot attached was NOT posted)). The program will not let you delete the question mark as it errors and says the account number already exists. Yet it DENIES data entry as the account cannot be found! If I open the identical data file with Quickbooks on my laptop, all is normal. I do not run payroll. |
