Solve : black lines over screen?

Answer» whenever i left click and drag the mouse in a square shape it GOES away...but the lines cover the internet window AROUND the edges too sometimes...idk what this could mean im a computer noob hahaha [attachment deleted by admin]What were to doing when this started? I have SEEN SCREENS like this when the wrong ram was added. We need some more information. i have never added ram...i dont know what else you need to know...it started doing it so i put my computer back to factory SETTINGS but it is still doing it...it only does it when i am online
