system BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 09/20/2002reseated RAM no good checked connections inside PC, phoned tech who put PSU in told him he said WOULD not be power supply poss done something to PC when other power supply went but CPU Seems ok when up and running it runs fine but it still hangs for 80 secounds to 2 minutes at black screen before welcome screen then runs fine
any ideas why this is happening

Tech wants more money to look well i would like to sort this out myself if poss any ideas BTW it was a well established local compny who fitted PSU
