Answer» I tried to run a program which I thought was norton, ran a norton dist too. Now my computer runs, turns on then go to a black screen, an old ex, it says -primaster hard disk:SA>R>T> TtATUS BAD, BACKUP AND REPLACE. I have hit the f8 key and ran in safe mode but goes back to black screen. PLEASE help If you are GETTING SMART ERRORS your hard drive is getting ready to fail... Use it as little as possible and start backing up your data NOW...
