Answer» My DAUGHTER's computer would not shut down, she had RECENTLY installed a web cam, so she UNPLUGGED the web cam and manually TURNED off the computer. Everytime we turn the computer on now, we GET a black screen with white letters that say - Please report this problem as: load needed DLLs for kernel. I have no idea what to do. Can anyone help in very simple terms? I'd appreciate any help I can get. |
