Solve : blank CD?

Answer» Hi I have many blank CD's that says they are full. I put them in the drive and I went to my COMPUTER, pressed on properties and its all blue, saying that the disk is full. I am sure that its em pty. I am using windows xp and I am on a laptop. Do you need any other information. Can anybody help me. thanksThe following are POSSIBLE: The disks are really full.
