After my son "played games" on our computer I now cannot check e-mail, make changes in the control panel and many more. On a webpage I went to watch a VIDEO, it said adobe FLASH was not installed...it used to be....so I went to try and install it and when I tried to click the download button nothing happened. It was recognized as a image and not a link. HP support cannot help as I am out of warranty but they said its an easy fix....Please help, was hoping to do some black friday ONLINE shopping!!!When I try opening user accounts it is blank, Under the start menu I tried to click Help and nothing happened and on IE if a work is setup with a hyperlink I can click it but if it is an image it will not recognize the link. Please HELP!

Can you give us more info about the computer? What version of XP? Do you have virus protection?Do a full scan with your anti virus utility. Also, download MalwareBytes and do a full scan with that. Let us know if either finds anything.
