I recently built a computer for my parents, who live about 5 hours from me.  I was informed last night that they PERIODICALLY GET blue screen crashes, and it seems this goes back to January.  I had them run BlueScreenView to see what might be happening, but I'm not familiar enough with the errors to figure out what the most likely problem might be.  It looks like the very first crash in January came from the video card, but none since then.  Could the issue still be with the card, or is the RAM possibly bad?  The computer was build with all new parts.  Here is the output from BlueScreenView of the error logs.  Any information of where to start troubleshooting from a distance would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

I edited your post and DELETED some of the older bsod's just for the sake of format & brevity.

The errors are all over the place and can be caused by a number of things, INCLUDING malware, motherboard, ram, or other hardware. My first guess is ram, second is malware, third is mobo. Let's check the ram first:

To check the ram, download memtest (http://memtest.org/). Burn it to a cd using a dedicated .iso burning utility (http://www.petri.co.il/how_to_write_iso_files_to_cd.htm), make sure the cd drive is at the top of the boot order in bios, then boot to the newly created cd and run the utility.


You can ALSO run full scans with both your anti virus app and MalwareBytes.So far, the Memtest has been running for about 2.5 hours and has come up with 111 errors!  I'm not sure how to read the errors, but I'm thinking that's a pretty sure sign the memory is bad?  Do you happen to know what sort of information I will be looking for, and what sort of info is given at the end of the test, and where to go to from here?  Thanks, and I'll post again when the test is finished.The ram is bad and needs to be replaced.
