Solve : blue screen error as physical memory dump?

I am frequently getting blue screen saying error as physical memory dump,
what could be the possible problem & how to solve this,
pls advisePost the entire BSOD message including the gibberish...Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.

1.Test your Ram.

2.If this is the first time you have booted after installing new hardware, remove the hardware and boot again.
