Answer» I have a blue screen issue on startup. Here is the info for the blue screen: The problem seems to be caused by the following file: redbook.sys DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PEND ING_OPERATIONS I have looked around on the forum here and can't find any related problem. I do not have the reboot disk and even when I try to run virus scans in safe mode and reboot normal, it gives me the same message. Is there any thing that I can try or is this too far gone?
