getting blue screened cant run safe or normal mode tech info stop: 0xoooooo7e cant seem to get windows STARTED even with vista recovery diskWhat led up to this (new HW, sw, error, driver UPDATES)?

Generally the first step for this error is to UPDATE all drivers (VIDEO, audio, NIC, etc) and check for a bios flash.Hi Alan
