Answer» I have a WIN vista SONY vaio laptop.when ever i START or try to use the Blue tooth,i get a message asking me to INSTALL driver for blue tooth peripheral device.I am not been able to diagonise what it is asking for.I am left with no solution.So please.Do you have the Sony drivers for your laptop? I think your laptop is asking for it. I have installed the driver for the sony vaio,but it still ask for the driver for the blue tooth peripheral device.Sorry for the late reply. Um, what was the error message says? Also checked out Device Manager and see what needs to be installed. Right click My Computer > Manage >Device Manager. Anything with the yellow exclamation marks?Who plugged in a Bluetooth device to this machine and what was it ? ?Is this a small blue plastic USB effect that looks like the pic ATTACHED?
