Solve : Boot device????

So yesterday i turned on my computer to find that this meassege
Reboot and SELECT proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press any key
I said "ok simplerestart" but same thing happens nothing ELSE just a black screen and some moving symbols that seem to be checking for something after this check the computer messages agian

I whole but I'm using my I touch to use the internet right now and I can only see YouTube videos :/
TURN the computer on, and watch the BOTTOM of the screen closely.
It'll say something like:
Press "some key" to enter setup
Press that key, and you'll get to BIOS.
Look for "boot order".
It should read:
- floppy (if any)
- CD drive
- hard drive/fixed disk
