Solve : Boot Drive 1 Win 2K - How?? |
|
Answer» How do you get Windows 2000 to boot from the second drive? And the disk manager shows E: as the system on drive 1 and not drive 0 here. Nothing abnormal about that, the OS can be loaded from any hard disk/partition. In your boot.ini change RDISK(0) to RDISK(1) and reboot, should work. Your "problem" possibly caused by the drives (pata) not being correctly jumpered as Master/Slave. |
