Answer» hi, can someone tell me the dos command i should use to boot windows from my boot disk?or more specifically how do i find the name of my drive?What VERSION of Windows? Where did you get this boot disk? Make and model of computer and a few specifics about this.ok i'm just about ready to throw it off the balcony....! its a fujitsu siemens PC with xp. i made the boot disc from my laptop. it seems it cant find my c drive. do i need to reformat? i have tried EVERYTHING and it keeps saying invalid drive . :-?You will not be able to boot XP from one boot disk. What happened prior to this? Do you have a REAL Windows CD?i have a not so real windows disk and my home made boot disk. there was a power cut and then it went down. i need to reboot i reckon... but it keeps TELLING me that my commands are invalid. |
