Solve : boot problems winows 2000?

Half way through the windows boot screen, blue screen comes up and says, STOP:0x0000007B <0x81411710,0xC0000032,0x0000000,0x00000000> INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE. Then it stays on that page. I have to manuualy shut it down.Welcome....

Read all articles and none of them applies as I didn't do any of the things that are listed. All I did was to put the computer on. COULD it be my hard drive is caput/bad and or FAILED.??
D you know who the manufacturer of your hard drive is...as well as the model number?

You can visit their website to download diagnostic software so you can test the drive in question.Yes. Its a SEEGATE drive that was installed about four months ago. Will try what you suggest.
