Solve : Boot Up Error Message?

Whenever I boot the COMPUTER I get the following two MESSAGE:

Setup_ dll error 103

Unabel to locate system class Java Lang Object

If these are necessary for nornal computer function, where can I get replacements?

Using WINDOWS 95 on a COMPAQ presario.
