Solve : bootsect.bak and swstamp?

HI,

I just wondered why these two items have appeared in the C:\ directory.

One is a BOOTSECT.BAK.

And the other is a SWSTAMP text document

Do i just leave this bootsect.bak file alone and leave it where it is, in other words don't delete it.
