Answer» I just bought a Windows 7 netbook, and so far it works great! However, I've been having quite a bit of a problem. All windows (yes, they're MAXIMIZED) extend to the very bottom of the screen, rather than the taskbar. So a portion of each window is blurred beyond recognition. This is ESPECIALLY noticeable when playing Minecraft in multiplayer, because the chat bar at the bottom of the screen is invisible. How can I fix this? Is your taskbar set to auto-hide? If it is, turn it off. If it isn't or if you don't know, set it to auto-hide and set it off again. To access the setting: 1. Right-click the taskbar and click properties. 2. The second checkbox at the top of the screen is 'Auto-hide the taskbar'. Another thing you can try is closing a non-maximized program, running it again and maximizing it. I THINK there's also a registry key somewhere that keeps track of window sizes that you may be able to clear; I can look that up if it COMES to it.
