Answer» My daughters COMPUTER will start up and comes as far as her screen saver. There are no icons or start up menu and there is a message saying BROWSEUI.dll can't be found re install APPLICATION. You may also have a BACKUP in either Windows\System32\dllcache or c:\windows\servicepackfile\I386Windows version, and exact error message, please.
