Solve : BSOD, tried everything, please help, brand new computer?

Answer»

this happens every startup, startup repair does nothing, system restore wont work,  it gives and error and so does everything else except hard drive tests and mem tests, i coppied all the hard drive files on to another hard drive no problem im 99 percent positive its not a failing hard drive

i booted into hirens 14 and ran combofix as a last rezort, and it detected a rootkit then asks to restart. i have tried a registy restore from a backup i made about 3 days after having the computer, nothing changed, i rest the mbr from command line, nothing. ran multiple antivirus scans in hirens, nothing, mini xp wont run any rootkit detection clients correctly.

what now?

0x0000007B: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE
(CLICK to consult the online MSDN article.)
Windows lost access to the system partition or boot volume during the startup process. Typical causes: Installing incorrect device drivers when installing or upgrading storage adapter hardware, or a virus.

You may be mistalen about the Hdd,,,I only meant that I know the hard drive is not failing, its a software problem. I'll see what g-parted says about the partitions. Assuming that doesn't work, what's step 2?

PS im learning toward a corrupted file is the source of problemI'd dload and run the free diagnostics from the HDD manuf...well im runnign clamscan now, and then im gonna try to get into the device manager from commandline in the startup repair thingy, and replace all the drivers, the if that doesnt work.. well, ill have to think of somethingWhy are you doing all this from command line and bootdisks etc? ?It bsod's (picture in original post) about 2 seconds after it says Windows starting, Quote

How new? New build, or new from a store?

Download BlueScreenView (in Zip file)
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in NOTEPAD, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.a WEEK old computer, i had just started mass effect 2, which is why im so upset it busted.

and  bluescreen VIEW was my first choice, except there is no BSOD log files, i did however find some sort of driver log in WINDOWS and i think its from the startup and no drivers involved with the chipset are "stopped" or not ready, shophos anti rootkit detected kernel modification as well, and that coupled with the combofix detecting a rootkit. i think its best to just have a new system, im tired of fooling with it and am taking advantage of my 60 day WARRANTY.If your buying from the same Vendor i'd get a longer warranty than 60 dats...most are 1 or 2 years on new PC's.got a 2 YEAR damage, if they wont accept the 60 day, ill just smash it then mail it backWOW plugged an old usb drive into my desktop and it detected Alureon bootkit, in the master boot record backup i had made on the usb drive  when trying to fix the laptop, well thats the cause then, i have no idea where it came from
