Answer» Hey, I have to build a virtual computer for a programmer that WOULD use C # and pick out all the hardware, software and things I would need for if I was actually building it. Can anyone help me out and GIVE me some advice. Thanks, TyIt may be just me but i do not understand the question...There are no special hardware REQUIREMENTS for a programmer, aside from those of the development environment, but even then, you could PROGRAM in C# using NOTEPAD and compile using the command line, which would work on any XP capable machine.
