You can try this to accomplish the same: - Start>RUN - then type msconfig, then press Enter - under the Startup Tab look for anything similar to QuickSet, quickset.exe, DELL Support or DSAgnt.exe listed under Startup Item or Command. Uncheck any items you find. Close and restart. You can undo this procedure by rechecking the boxes you changed previously.
