Answer» recently WHILST running i.e 8, I am getting the following error at regular times... Cannot find 'FILE///C:/Users/Steve/AppData/Local/Temp/Low/FCTB000058819/cache/offline.html'. Make sure path or Internet ADDRESS is correct. I have confirmed that the file 'offline.html' does NOT exist at the posted location.... THOUGHTS..Turn off Active Desktop...Hmm...! I'm running VISTA.... I was under ther impression that Vista doesn't have 'Active Desktop'... It was replaced with Windows sidebar. (which is running without fault.. and no new gadgets have been added in over a year)
