Answer» I am running Windows XP, Internet Explorer 7, Service pack 2. I am getting a blue screen with white writing on it almost CONTINUOUSLY now and I am afraid my computer is going to crash unless I get help. One of the things it says to do is disable Caching and Shadowing. It also says to hit F8 and go into safe mode but I am reluctant to do this unless someone can lead me through this maze. Thanks.Go back on to your computer as normal, and this time, write down the ERROR message you are seeing, and POST the exact error here |
