Answer» i have Win 98 on a DELL gt-pro optiplex, 96 RAM. Problem is, I can get ONLINE, but internet explorer will not respond at all. The only different thing that I have done recently is delete everything to do w/ aol as I changed carriers. Since I did that, I.E. will no longer respond. Do I need to reset my computer settings back or can I do that? I've heard of resetting my PC to previous settings but I'm not sure how to do that.
